To help change current and future generations, we offer services and programs designed to inform, educate, train, and advocate.

Our mission is to amplify the voice of the voiceless and provide opportunities to the underserved with empowerment & education.

LMCA operates through partnerships with local organizations and volunteers to implement development projects, redirect and train at risk youth, inform and advocate for Non-English speaking community members, and positively contribute to the growth of Lincoln County. 

LMCA is a 501(c)3 and relies on grants, donations, fundraisers, Probation vouchers, DHHS funds, and funding from our La Voz bilingual magazine.
